Samhain: Leap into Conception
A Family Constellations and Art Therapy workshop
Description: A deep process of therapeutic exploration of our hidden dynamics and inner movements.
A hand in hand transitional process from the sunny, summer, shared space into the deep space underneath, into the stillness and silent space of the winter and its power of conception.
With Family Constellation Therapy, Spiritual Healing Practice, Movement and Expressive Arts Therapy, we are going to journey together, supported by the power of the experience and the power of the group, we are going to be guided through a process of letting go of demands and of re-connection with our inner resources.
We are going to become our own healer, diving into possibilities, exploring the needs of our Souls for bonding and letting go,………observing our movement, physical and energetic, in relation to the group system we are part of, and investigating our blocks to regain authority on our energy, by freeing it from trauma’s entanglements, in order to bring more awareness, clarity and flow of love in our lives.
How do we connect with our inner strength and resources in order to allow ourselves to sink deeper into the conceiving energy of the winter?
How do we participate of the “collective power”?
How to stop the cycle of suffering that holds us back from being healthy, happy and fulfilled?
Every meeting will be guided from the experience itself and from the revealed feelings, perceptions, truths and insights of the participants.
The Celtic Tradition and Samhain:
The ancient Celtic tradition was widely shaped from the influence of the lunar cycle and the cosmic movement of the stars.
Their lives were in constant resonance with the ongoing transformational process of nature.
In gratitude and in humbleness, they were honoring the wholeness of the universe, allowing their own movement to dance with the movement of the whole, from the world of the spirits and the ancestors, to the world of nature and seasonal cycles.
The Celtic year was composed of two seasons, the winter and the summer, and every transition between one the other was a celebration of life and its gifts.
In their circular and cyclic vision of time, the celebration Samhain was a space out of time, out of the temporal dimension, a space in between, a space that didn’t belong to the previous year, ending with the end of the summer, the time of harvesting, neither with the new year, starting with the beginning of the winter, the time of conception.
During the night of the full moon in October, the big shield of Skathach was deposed letting the boundaries between the world of the dead and the world of the living disappeared, allowing our ancestors to come home and us to reconnect and bond with them.
Samhain was a tree days celebration, starting on the night before the full moon of October and ending on the day after the full moon, starting with the letting go of the old year, honoring our ancestors, during the full moon and ending by symbolically leaping into the new year.
Which habits and patterns are holding us back and we are ready to let go?
What do we wish to transform?
What is that makes our own land fertile?
What do we wish to take with us in our new adventure?
What do we want to see thrive and flower?
Carrying the energy of Samhain, our journey is going to bridge us from the letting go of our old into the conception of our new self.
We are going to complete our energetic harvesting and as we evaluate it, in gratitude and absence of judgement, we are going to look at what doesn’t serve us anymore and we wish to let go, at what makes our inner landscape fertile and at what we wish to further let grow and bloom.
How do we receive strength from our ancestors?
How do we embrace our belonging to our ancestor’s line, in order to accept the past and conceive a new future?
How do we heal our family lineage and ancestral trauma?
Preceding on into our new cycle of life, we are going to honor our deep bond with our ancestors, exploring our family lineage and allowing ourselves to fully embody our being part of our family soul.
We are going to create space for our ancestors to be seen and show us their truth and for us to receive healing, support and strength, in order to deeply accept life how it is given to us and be courageous in creating our journey.
“Reconciliation begins with the Dead” – Bert Hellinger.
What do we wish to conceive and initiate?
Which one are our fears and which one are our qualities?
In clarity and strength, we are going to leap into the “new year”.
Jumping into a new cycle, into the darkest and deepest water of our inner winter. It is here that new life begins, with the conception of new intentions, new dreams, new projects, here in the dark, in the winter, where we get confronted with our shadows and fears as well with our talents and strength.
