Apsu, the Sweet Waters, the watery deep beneath the Earth, meeting and mating, flowing and wiggling, becoming life, becoming blood, root, tear, river and rain.
Birthing from the darkness and deep caverns of silence, beneath the deepest depth of Mother Earth, Sweet Waters, Apsu leaps his journey down to the restless Sea, now gently, now roughly flowing into her arms.
Arriving into a meeting of shared movement, of shared dances of dynamic polarities.
In a cyclic journey, the agitation of Tiamat offers her waters to Father Sky, where the clouds are treasuring her, before she becomes fertile rain to fall back into the transformative silent profundity of Apsu.
Cycles within cycles, ebbing and flowing through birth, life, death and rebirth…..from out of existence into the continuous existence of the visible realm, back into the invisible internal realm of not existence, again, again and again…..
A Dance Ceremony is a sacred journey, where our prayer is our dance, where with the moving and dancing self as a guide, we can adventure through a process of awakening and self-celebration. A Dance Ceremony is a space of awareness, where our inner life is bridged into consciousness, where the invisible becomes visible. A Dance Ceremony is an act of listening, allowing and dance with, it is an act of taking responsibilities in being true to ourselves, in being in movement and dare to be with the movement.
A Dance Ceremony is an integrated process where the moving, dancing body is becoming our tool for the experiential embodiment of the transformative strength of rituals and the revealing work with Family Constellations principals.
